Gilbert Smith Forest Products Ltd. strives for everyday to be an accident free day. As a company, it is our responsibility to promote safe and healthy work practices in everything we do. Our Safety Committee and our Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator, a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), work hard everyday to maintain a safe work environment for our dedicated employees. Our employees are our greatest asset. Everyday we borrow them from their families, therefore, it is our job to return them safely. We are fortunate to have dedicated employees whose long-term service has allowed them to see our safety policies grow along with plant changes and innovations.
